Privacy on the hub

Who this is

BestMatch Group is an independent technology research project published by BoonMind Labs in the United Kingdom. Business email is contact@bestmatchgroup.com.

The five live platforms — VPN, VPS, Hosting, AI and Robot — are separate sites. Their own privacy and ethics pages apply once you leave this hub.

What this hub collects

The hub is a static site. There is no account, no checkout, and no advertising pixel on these pages.

The “Stay Updated” box on the homepage does not send the address anywhere. The script checks the format in your browser, clears the field, and shows a short thank-you. We do not store that address.

If you email us, we receive what you send and use it to reply. We do not sell that correspondence, and we do not add you to a mailing list from an email unless you ask.

The host (Netlify) may keep ordinary request logs, such as IP address, user agent and URL, in order to deliver the site.

Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with Google Consent Mode. Before you make a choice, GA4 may send cookieless measurement pings with analytics and advertising storage denied, and no analytics cookies are set. If you choose 'Allow analytics', GA4 sets first-party analytics cookies that expire after 60 days, and advertising signals stay off. If you choose 'Reject', GA4 stops immediately and nothing further is sent to Google. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, GA4 is never loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the 'Change analytics choice' link in the site footer.

Before you make a choice, Google Analytics may send basic cookieless signals (such as the page viewed and a click on a link to one of our platforms). These don't set cookies and aren't used to identify you, although, as with any web request, your IP address and browser type reach Google. Google uses them to estimate total traffic. If you choose Reject, or your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, nothing is sent.

We do not send names, emails, the text you type, or the full address of a link to one of our platforms that you click (only its domain). Your IP address is sent to Google so the request can be delivered; Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Data may be processed in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension. We have turned off Google signals and advertising personalisation. Our lawful basis is your consent. Published by BoonMind Labs. Contact: the site contact page (/contact) or contact@bestmatchgroup.com.

Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) is used to count page views and clicks on links to our five platforms (the “Start VPN match”, “Start VPS match”, “Start Hosting match”, “Start AI match” and “Start Robot match” buttons, the platform cards, the mobile menu platform links and the “View sample comparison” links), so we can see which comparisons are useful. It sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_<id> that expire after 2 months, and we keep analytics reports for 2 months.

Cookies & your choice

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected: if your browser sends either signal, Google Analytics is never loaded.

The choice is stored in this browser under the key bm-ga4-consent-v1. Analytics cookies are set only after you choose Allow analytics, and they expire after 2 months.

How we make money

Some Best Match verticals are joining affiliate programs. Who is partnered is listed only on that site’s ethics page (for example bestvpnmatch.com/ethics; VPS status on bestvpsmatch.com/ethics). Until a provider is disclosed there, links from this hub go to the five platforms or to official provider and manufacturer sites.

The hub catalog notice is bestmatchgroup.com/ethics. It keeps affiliateActive false and defers the partner list to those vertical pages.

Affiliate income never influences rankings, scores or recommendations.

No company can buy a higher ranking. No sponsored placement that buys a higher score. No company can pay to be recommended. That rule applies across every BestMatch platform. The hub machine-readable flag stays affiliateActive: false / earns_commission: false until tracking is enabled for a disclosed partner.

Links that leave this site

Match buttons open each platform’s live quiz or engine: VPN, VPS, Hosting, AI and Robot. Those sites, and any provider they link to, set their own cookies and policies.

Questions about this notice: contact the hub. Scoring rules: methodology.
